The Society of Financial Service Professionals is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.learningmarket.org.
The Society offers programs at intermediate to advanced levels of continuing professional education. Although no pre-requisite course or advanced preparation is needed to participate in any program, knowledge of, or experience in, the program topic is required.
The Society's Refund Policy states that a refund may be given in most circumstances, less a $50 service fee. For more information regarding administrative policies on complaints and refunds, please contact our office at (800) 392-6900.

John Oliver, CLU, ChFC, MBA, is vice president, field development for Transamerica. John leverages decades of experience in the life insurance industry to develop sales concepts that help producers be better advocates for customers. He provides distributors with guidance on the use of life insurance for legacy planning, elder care and special needs planning, asset protection, premium financing and foreign nationals. A popular lecturer, John has presented more than 300 continuing education seminars to life insurance agents, attorneys and certified public accountants, and has spoken at the Million Dollar Round Table and the American Bar Association: Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section. His articles on advanced planning with life insurance products have appeared in National Underwriter, Investment Advisor and the Journal of Financial Services Professionals. John received a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from San Diego State University, where he also earned his Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in finance. He holds CLU and ChFC designations.
Carey Rokovich, CFP®, CLU, ChFC , consultant, advanced marketing, brings more than 10 years' experience in the insurance and investment industry to her role at Transamerica. Her experience as a personal financial planner has given her insights into the various concerns clients may have involving investment, insurance, and estate planning issues. Carey also has expertise in retirement distribution and asset maximization strategies to further round-out her client perspective. At Transamerica, she is available to help producers maximize their opportunities with advanced planning concepts using life insurance. Her areas of expertise include estate, charitable, special needs and long term care planning. Prior to joining Transamerica, Carey led a team of financial planners and served as Director of Financial Planning at USAA.
