The Society of Financial Service Professionals is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.learningmarket.org.
The Society offers programs at intermediate to advanced levels of continuing professional education. Although no pre-requisite course or advanced preparation is needed to participate in any program, knowledge of, or experience in, the program topic is required.
The Society's Refund Policy states that a refund may be given in most circumstances, less a $50 service fee. For more information regarding administrative policies on complaints and refunds, please contact our office at (800) 392-6900.

Prior to joining Transamerica, Claire held several positions at USAA including director of the financial advice center. She also spent several years providing personalized financial planning and investment management to high-net-worth clients. Claire received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in finance from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia and earned her Master of Business Administration from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas. She holds key designations of CFP®, ChFC, CLU, CRPC and CASL, as well as FINRA Series 7, 63, 65, and 24 licenses.
Carey Rokovich, CFP®, ChFC, is an advanced marketing consultant with Transamerica. Carey brings more than 10 years' experience in the insurance and investment industry to her role at Transamerica. Her experience as a personal financial planner has given her insights into the various concerns clients may have involving investment, insurance, and estate planning issues. Carey also has expertise in retirement distribution and asset maximization strategies to further round-out her client perspective. At Transamerica, she is available to help producers maximize their opportunities with advanced planning concepts using life insurance. Her areas of expertise include estate, charitable, special needs and long term care planning. Prior to joining Transamerica, Carey led a team of financial planners and served as director of financial planning at USAA. Carey received her Bachelors of Business Administration from Texas State University in San Marcos, TX, and she holds the designations of CFP® and ChFC.
